Selected again for METI’s Tobidase JAPAN (first two-time selectee)

HAKKI was selected for the 7th Tobidase JAPAN program, organized by METI and operated by IC Net Limited, for “full-scale commercialization of used-car finance for taxi drivers in Kenya using credit scoring” — its second selection.

Being selected twice is a first in the program’s history.

Nearly 100 companies applied worldwide. Selected companies receive support including subsidies for demonstration projects. HAKKI will continue market research and pilots as a foothold for full-scale expansion in Kenya.
