HAKKI AFRICA wins Plug and Play Award at FIN/SUM 2021
In the FIN/SUM 2021 startup pitch (organized by Nikkei and the Financial Services Agency), 41 companies advanced from the first round. After a virtual pitch on Nikkei’s platform, HAKKI reached the judges’ final selection. At Marunouchi Building Hall, only three awards were given — and HAKKI AFRICA received the Plug and Play Award.
FIN/SUM is one of Japan’s largest fintech conferences, co-hosted by Nikkei and the FSA, with leading figures from Japan’s financial sector.
At the March 18 finals, HAKKI was among only three award winners selected from well over 100 global applicants.
